Our management brings 80+ years of investment management, investment banking, civic, NPO and faith ministry advisory, technology and venture advisory experience; as well as operational C-Suite startup expertise with exits. Our leadership approach is of servant leadership, having each served as board members or directors of non-profit organizations (NPOs). Through hands-on experiences as entrepreneurs, trusted advisors, managers and NPO directors themselves, management are better positioned to assist companies along the processes of idea generation, piloting and prototyping including social programs, professionalization, scaling, and platform business model deployment for larger impact. A diverse team, we are well positioned to connect with boots on the ground and guide underrepresented projects into market leadership positions.

The company is also under the supervision of the Board of Advisors, as required by the Operating Agreement of the company. The advisory board are also shareholders, with 90+ years in inclusive housing and real estate, community banking, civil engineering and civic advisory. Advisory board duties include approving corporate policies, operational goals and advising on their execution, annual budgets, committee appointments, and executive appointments. There are also Advisory contributors. Both advisory board members and contributors actively contribute to our services and relationships with stakeholders.

Ifeanyi Jemie

Ifeanyi is a seasoned global investment management and banking professional (formerly Citigroup NYC, Jahani & Associates, LA Capital, First Republic Bank) who’s career began managing a $100MM long/short equities portfolio for Citi Investment Strategies, and in the last decade since has advised various SMBs and asset managers, including quant, credit, real estate, private equity and venture fund strategies, and lower middle market investment bank transactions, having supported managing billions of dollars of AUM over the years. With years of boots-on-ground experience representing both investors and enterprises in the US, Africa and Middle East, Ifeanyi’s comprehensive, global view lends to a cross-disciplinary strategy. He has startups exits, formerly having been CFO of a 7-figure LA-based media production company, and Venture Advisor to various companies such as Azure Ventures Group, a CA-based VC firm. Passionate about impact, asset management and philanthropy, Ifeanyi’s passion began as a manager of a USC investment fund ($5MM AUM) and is currently an Advisory Board Member of his family foundation, the Adani Care Foundation (in partnership with the Catholic Church), and has advised various Africa-focused non-profits including the African Union. A servant leader, Ifeanyi strongly believes in financial literacy and the ability for financial empowerment and technology to bridge gaps. His full first name, “Ifeanyichukwu” means “Nothing is Beyond God”.

Howard Anglin

Howard over the last 20 years has helped several organizations unify business goals with the right strategy and technology. Formerly an IBM Advisor and current founder of Quatroxi Consulting, Howard has worked with clients in over 17 countries on 5 continents as a trusted advisor, transforming organizational challenges into revenue centers and opportunities. He is a prolific inventor, with 33 issued patents and counting, mostly while at IBM. Howard develops comprehensive and innovative solutions that enable clients in to transform and grow their businesses. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Certificates in Fintech Innovation and Cybersecurity from Massachusetts Institute of Technology; Smart Cities, and Blockchain Strategy from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford, and has authored several IBM Redbooks and white papers. Howard is a creative thinker with a passion for learning and solving problems, and a global traveler.

Dr. Jeannice Fairrer Samani

Dr. Jeannice Fairrer Samani, MBA, MCP, CSM is an award-winning innovator and entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in community development, housing, Silicon Valley, education, city planning and public private partnerships. She leads an Innovation Transformation firm with global responsibilities for culturally aware product technology systems development and international operations for trade and economic development, and is a finance board member at a faith-based real estate investing leader, overseeing a $40MM annual budget, having done extensive housing work for public and private sectors for 20+ years.

Professor at the School of Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University and Santa Clara University, Farrier Samani is recognized and honored with numerous awards including, recognized by Secretaries Gina Raimondo, John Kerry, the Women’s Economic Forum, Professional Businesswomen of California, and the Order of Engineers. Her professional highlighted contributions are in technology innovation, higher-education business and engineering, senior staff in global operations, big data analysis in global corporations such as Cisco Systems, major Federal projects such as base conversion and telecom, affordable housing, and disaster relief protocol design. As a leader, mentor, and delegate for the U.S. Department of State TechWomen and US Department of Commerce Select Global Women in Tech Initiatives, she served as architect, mentor, and in the case of TechWomen, council board chair.

Fairrer Samani holds a Ph.D., Columbus University, MBA in management and sustainability Golden Gate University, Masters City and Regional Planning-transportation engineering/economic development UC Berkeley, BA in Political Economics/City and Regional Planning, UC Berkeley. Her postdoctoral work from Stanford is in technology, executive leadership, and management. certificates in Design-Thinking MIT and Stanford, Systems Thinking MIT Prox, Management Development Entrepreneurship, Board Governance from UCLA and ERG Law & Governance, UC Berkeley.

Affordable Housing Advisor

Hala Farid

Hala is currently the Executive Director of Texas Community Capital, a Texas CDFI providing small dollar loans through employers across the nation. Hala’s career in community development, affordable housing, and philanthropy spans 30 years in both the non-profit and private sectors. She previously worked at Citi, where she spent 19 years as Director and then Senior Vice President of the Office of Inclusive Housing (OIH). In this role, she partnered with national housing advocacy nonprofits to design and support programs that addressed community needs and addressed Citi businesses and regulatory requirements. Through her work with the OIH, Hala addressed issues of affordability, and displacement using a holistic strategy that included supporting shared equity, repurposing surplus publicly-owned properties as affordable housing, and creating small housing stability loans that allow low-to-moderate income families to avoid foreclosure or eviction. Among various other housing related roles and board positions, she served as a FuseCorps Executive Fellow in the City of Austin Housing and Planning Department in the Office of Displacement Prevention. Hala graduated with a B.A. in political science, economics and education from Queens College-City University of NY.

Perry Weinstein

Perry carries a decade of community banking advisory and investment banking experience. Formerly, he was the CEO of PCW Advisors, a financial consulting firm advising community-banks and their investors, providing unique and customized analysis that is significantly different than traditional research. Perry’s strategic framework combines a deep understanding of the fundamentals of bank investing with a more specialized emphasis geared towards understanding decision making, to provide clients with actionable ideas. Prior to PCW Advisors, Perry worked as a banking sector research analyst at Hovde Group, Ares Management, MJC Partners, and BDO. Perry’s work has been published in several financial services publications. He  graduated from the University of Southern California with a Business Administration degree and is currently pursuing an MBA at Cornell University. He holds Series 7, 63, 79, 86, and 87 licenses.
